TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. This class will primarily utilize the TRX Suspension Trainer while incorporating a variety of other equipment such as dumbbells, sandbells, kettlebells and your own body!
